Prices shown on this website are indicative. Every project is confirmed by a written quotation describing scope, deliverables, price and estimated timeline. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, content and approvals in a timely manner.
- Ensure you hold the rights to any text, images, logos or other materials you supply.
- Delays in supplying content or feedback may affect delivery timelines.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design and content created specifically for you transfers to you, except for third-party components (such as themes, plugins, fonts or stock assets) which remain subject to their own licences. Details: Confirm IP terms
Hosting, domains & third-party services
Where we arrange hosting, domains, email or other third-party services, those services are also subject to the provider's terms. Renewal fees and responsibilities are stated in your quotation. Results & guarantees
We do not guarantee specific search-engine rankings, traffic, sales, advertising-network approvals or uninterrupted availability of third-party services. Any service-specific commitments will be stated in writing in your quotation.
Acceptable use
We do not build or host websites that contain unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware or pirated software, or are intended to deceive or defraud.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Legal review
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes do not affect projects already confirmed in a signed quotation.
