Because design and development work is custom and time-based, refunds depend on the stage of the project and the terms in your quotation. Project-specific refund terms in a signed quotation take precedence over this general policy.

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, any refund will reflect the work completed to date and any non-recoverable third-party costs. Refund terms
4. Non-refundable items
The following are generally non-refundable once purchased or activated:
- domain registrations and renewals;
- third-party licences, themes, plugins and stock assets purchased for your project;

6. How to request a refund
Contact us via our contact page or WhatsApp with your project name and invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within processing time.
